Hydrogen Flashback arrestor
Commercial quality Oxy – Hydrogen Flashback Arrestor. Thick vacuum sintered internal porous metal shield in conjunction with a high quality check valve. Rated at 116 liters per minute, or 7000 liters per hour. Maximum working pressure is 140 psi (10 bar). All brass heavy duty housing. Fits 1/4 ID hose. The very best flashback arrestor.
Minimum operating pressure: 3 psi. The check valve does produce minimal back pressure, about 2 psi.
The biggest safety concern when using hydrogen flashback arrestors is the chance of exceeding the volume rating of the arrestor. Many flashback arrestors are only rated at 10 liters per minute. If you exceed that volume, and a flashback occurs, these low volume arrestors may not stop the flashback.
This is why we sell only high volume commercial quality flashback arrestors, with the added protection of an internal check valve. For your safety, it is best not to take a chance on low volume arrestors. Only high volume arrestors will offer you the safety that you need to be assured you and your system are protected.

Note:
1.The lifespan of the flash-back arrestor is limited, multiple flashback will reduce its reliability, residual electrolyte may cause blockage.
2.If the flashback arrestor is block or does not work, please check or change it immediately. replace the new one timely. Otherwise, it may cause explosion and unable to work.
