Most Popular Hydrogen Kits.  September 2023.   Ongoing R and D of our Hydrogen generator kits has seen gas productions increase exponentially with the same low current and voltage, so that it now easily produces between 3.2 LPM and 4.2 LPM.

This is much greater than the output as determined by the faraday  law of electrolysis and is a key aspect of my Hydrogen Generation Patent.

 Gen 10 Hydrogen Kits can be mounted into a Battery box with      1.     600W   PWM power supply       or                 2.  1500 W  or               3.  2500 W  PWM power supply mounted in a dicast aluminum case – see photos and Specifications sheet

These hydrogen systems  cells secured with tie down bolts securing a cross bar holding –  see photos above 

The triple booster cells ( made from 6 cells internally) are locked together using 16 x 20cm  lengths of m5 threaded stainless steel 316L, m5 nuts abd washers  – see photo.

All electrolysis plates are Laser welded into the booster cell configuration with stainless steel (316) cable gland electrodes through the top of the assembly.

These Gen 10 Hydrogen kits are used from vehicles and engines under 4.5 litre capacity ,

or larger engines up to 8 litre capacity using     

1.   high power 1500 watt PWM or   

2.  the new 12 FET 3000 watt , constant current supply and

The  Gen 10 Hydrogen systems have a Electrolysis plate area of 6400 square cm, and a total weight of 12 kg and 15 kg with the 3 litre tanks filled with water.

Recycling tanks are 3 litre HDPE tanks.   

Larger tanks can be connected in series with these tanks or replaced with larger tanks of your choice to give a greater range. 

Gen 10 systems  convert One litre of Water electrolyte into 1322 litres of Hydrogen  Gas .   

Operating at 28 amp,  1 litre  of water is used evey 10 to 12 hours.  Tanks should be refilled every 20 hours of operation.
