Increase gas production with DC-DC Voltage regulator

Using a DC – DC voltage Buck Boost voltage regulator with Hydrogenfuelsystems Generator

DC – DC voltage regulator convert one DC voltage to another, Keeping the output voltage stable even when the input voltage or electrical load changes..
For example , it can convert a 24 volt battery supply into a steady 12 volt supply..
The device uses capacitors to control voltage and Smooth current output.. The common types of voltage regulators are
1.
Buck – step down converters convert higher voltage to lower voltage
2.
Boost – step up converters convert lower voltage to higher voltage
3.
Buck-Boost converter– can raise or lower the input voltage to maintain the required output

Efficiency : switching regulators typically waste less energy as heat than linear regulators.
Power conversion : allows equipment designed for one voltage to run from a different DC supply.
Protection: include overcurrent , overtemperature and overvoltage protection.

Important point. A DC -DC regulator does not create extra Power. . It supplies more current and the correct voltage and reduces conversion losses.

This regulator device is a very important component and serves two quite different purposes
Depending is the electrical supply is from battery / alternator or from solar cells .
The DC DC regulator controls the voltage and current supplied to the electrolyser, as required by the special patented design of Hydrogenfuelsystems pty ltd design

The REDOX (Oxidation -Reduction electrolysis) voltage required for Hydrogen generation by Hydrogenfuelsystems systems is 2.23 V + 0.8V = 2.03 volt per cell in our system.
Remember your year 12 Chemistry studies on electrolysis.
With 6 cells in Hydrogenfuelsystems systems with electrode area of 14400 sq cm , then at least 12.18 volt is required at the electrodes.
When the vehicle is running and no loading to the power , it is easy for a good electrical System to produce this Voltage.
However
A moving car with extra loads on the vehicle , or a poor battery , a faulty generator / alternator, incorrect size electrical cable , or poor electrical contacts in the HHO system – will cause the Power supply to deliver less than the required Voltage… The supplied gas production consequently drops.
Using a voltage regulator system together with the Hydrogenfuelsystem will deliver the required voltage for each call and together with the 3000W PWM power supply, provides sufficient current ( electrons ) to generate large volumes of Hydrogen gas Molecules.
