Special Instructions for Trucking installation—- MUST READ

This is for Hydrogen system Installation on Trucks with Compressors. (and  all trucks with air brakes).  Air for the Compressor is normally drawn off straight after the Primary/ Secondary Air filter assembly.  

THIS MUST BE CAPPED OFF.  An alternative air Intake line with a filter MUST Be Installed to provide the Air to the compressor.  NOt doing this has the Potential of accumulators being pressurised with a mixture of Hydrogen Gas

The Hydrogen fuel systems Team has designed several Hydrogen fuel systems models  for a multitude of transport applications.

Hydrogen fuel cell kits for a family car and / or trucking vehicle

1. 1. Several International companies have contracted our services to design hydrogen fuel systems for vehicles.
   2. Most of these are hydrogen range extender. While some are purely for reducing emissions for use with diesel engines.
   3. In a range extender, the patented HFS hydrogen fuel system provides the extra power needed for the vehicle to perform over longer distances using less fuel.
   4. The aim of our hydrogenfuelsystems (HFS) is to provide extra power to the engine without using more Diesel, Petrol or LPG.           Extra Power with less fuel equates to significant fuel savings for moving the vehicle..

2. We have designed several Hydrogen Fuel Systems for stationary applications.
3. These range from small Hydrogen Systems for backup Petrol Power Supplies,  to Hydrogen Generator systems for use on Diesel Generators supplying Power for remote Pumping facilities and Diesel Power generators for isolated communities.

   5. A water / electrolyte storage storage and recycling tank ( plastic or stainless steel)
