🔧 Application
- Remove oil and other contamination from the area where the sealant will be applied.
- Apply sealant to one surface, covering approximately 2–3 thread rotations.
- Connect the threaded components.
- Wipe away any excess sealant.
- Allow approximately 10–20 minutes curing time before handling; full cure is achieved in approximately 24 hours.
⏱️ Important Product Information
- This is an anaerobic sealant, meaning it cures when oxygen is excluded between metal surfaces.
- Sealant exposed to air will not cure.
- Metal-to-metal use only.
- Not suitable for plastic, glass or rubber.
- Hand tools are required for disassembly after curing.
- Wipe off excess sealant to prevent uncured material from remaining in the system.
- Not recommended for continuous steam temperatures above 135°C.
