Many /Most of these Questions are already answered as pages on this website , and I will report / write on each of these points individually. Please send me more questions and I will answer them all. I am a teacher and have classes / subjects to teach but will answer all questions.

Some of the most common questions I have received are-

What is a Neutral plate system and why is it faulty? A neutral plate system has multiple plates (50 plates is common) between the anode (positive plate in any electrolytic cell) and the Cathode. For the electrolysis of water This equates to multiple cells between the 1.23 volts required per cell. There is also a voltage of 0.8 volts to overcome the resistance of the water and provide a good gas production rate. For a typical 50 plate system 50 times 2.03 volts (101.5 Volt) is required to generate appreciable quantities of hydrogen and oxygen gas. Car with a 12 volt battery cannot produce enough voltage to generate enough hydrogen. The electrical energy consumed heats the water to produce steam.

What type of water can be used in the electrolysis system?
Any water can be used also runs the risk of damaging the electrodes due to the reduction and production of chemicals such as flourine , or chlorine or other contaminates in the water which will oxidize the electrodes and / or produce coatings on the electrodes that reduce their efficiencies.
Ideally Pure distilled water with no contaminates is best to use. I live in Perth West Australia and am comfortable using rain water. However in some cities , even the rain water is not suitable. In marine applications / locations rain water is contaminated with chlorine / salt which will definitely cause oxidation of electrodes.
My colleagues and I have developed an Ion Resin filter system that will purify any water supply to remove contaminates and produce Pure Distilled water. Our Ion Resin filter system can purify water flowing slowly at 10 litres per hour. The Ion Resin filter module has a life span of of 5000 hours ( 50,000 litres of water)
3. What size system will suit my engine / vehicle ? A Gen 10 system will suit engines to capacity 4.2 t0 5 litre capacity. Engines greater than 5 litre up to 10 litre capacity are used by Gen 15 Systems. Gen 20 Systems are designed for engines 10 litre to 17 litre capacity. Gen 25 systems are best used in engines 16 litre and above
4. Can these systems be used on Generators and Gensets ? Thes Hydrogen generator systems are suitable for use on Generators adn Gensets… used in marine applicationsa AND Mining applications
5. Can these systems be used on large trucks ? These systems are successfully used on trucks of all sizes… see the certified reports on the front page of this website 7.8 litre, 15 litre , 16 litre diesel powered trucks.,
6. How much water do they use ? One litre of water will provide enough electrolyte to operate for approx. 10 hours on a Gen 10 Hydrogen fuel system when running at 30 amp and 12 volt. Increasing current flow will use more water. Larger Gen 15, 20 and Gen 25 systems use more water. Water (only water) should be added to the 3 litre recycling tank once the level has dropped to One litre. Never let the water level drop below the half litre level in the tank. Switch off the master switch if you r water level drops below half a litre .. All systems MUST be fitted with a Master Switch that Turns off the 40 amp SOLENOID RELAY that controls current flowing to the system..

8. Do I need to keep using water ? The water is the Source of Hydrogen gas. One litre of water contains 111.11 moles of Hydrogen atoms and produces 2480 litres of Hydrogen/ oxygen gas in electrolysis reaction
9. Can I hydrogen to completely replace the Fuel ? This is impossible … You cant get more energy out of an engine than you put in. You cant defeat the law of conservation of energy. Hydrogen systems stop engines wasting energy by burning fuel at the end of Power stroke and out the exhaust. Fuel burns faster and delivers the required energy without wasting fuel.
10 . Is this a free energy system that completely replaces the fuel? Free energy is a figment of the imagination of non scientific pseudo intelligent HUMANS who believe in the Tooth Fairy AND Father christmas. You cannot disobey the law of conservation of energy – also called the second law of chemical Thermodynamics
11. Are these systems suitable for Boats ? Yes they are used in boats , and trawlers , internationally…. see the certified reports from the Australian Maritime authority
12. What is the recommended current for my vehicle ? Current draw small vehicles Gen10 up to 30 amp. Gen 15 systems for larger vehicles 35 – 38 amp. Gen 20 systems 35 to 38 amp. Gen 25 systems 35 to 38 amp
13. How much caustic solution should I use ? 25 grams of Potassium hydroxide added to the 4 litres of water in the tank
14. Do I need to change the current flow as I speed up ? Increasing the current flowing will increase the Gas Production but also generates excess heat in the water as well as the electronic Power supply control. The system you have chosen that matches your engine size shows no advantage in increasing the gas production rate higher that the calculated Stoichiometric value produced by running the system at 29 amp. This value has been scientifically tested multiple times by many testing facilities.
15. Should I use Potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide electrolyte ? Potassium Hydroxide is a better electrolyte from Producing Hydrogen gas by electrolysis. See the Linked POST
16. Why do I need to use an electrolyte such as potassium hydroxide ? Potassium hydroxide solution has a High concentration of Hydroxide ions (OH – remember your excellent high School Chemistry class) which is what is used in water to produce the Hydrogen and Oxygen gas through Electrolysis. Pure water has a hydroxide concentration of one ten millionth of a mole per liter .
17. What special precautions should I take using Potassium Hydroxide electrolyte ? Potassium Hydroxide is a better electrolyte from Producing Hydrogen gas by electrolysis. See the Linked POST
18. Do I need to use a flashback arrestor ? Yes a Bubbler flashback arrestor is required to stop flashback and clean the gas .
19. Will water cause my engine to Rust ? NO!!!!……Water/moisture from these systems should be prevented from entering the engine by using a Bubbler flashback arrestor. Water is not the reason for rusting or corrosion. Dissolved gases in water such as oxygen and chlorine setup an oxidation / reduction reaction in the surface of metal that leads to corrosion. The air Moisture entering your engine has very very very very little dissolved oxygen and is not a cause of rusting inside your engine. The High temperature inside the engine does not allow rusting to occur. Increasing the temperature of water massively decreases the solubility of oxygen in water.
20. Do I need to adjust the ECU or Fuel Map of my engine ? Not required However you can improve the engine performance by mounting a Manifold fuel pressure sensor adjuster , to improve the fuel-map readings under load – see the shop on this site
21. What is an electronic Fuel enhancer module ? An electronic fuel enhancer module is device to adjust the engine sensor readings and adjust the Boost pressure sensor, oxygen sensor settings, coolant and intake air temperature sensor readings and make the engine run leaner and more efficiently… That is the claim but in general is not required with a Good Hydrogen generator systems such as HFS
22. Are there and installation instructions ? Installation Instructions are clearly shown in the section labeled HHO Manual
23. Do I need to have this system installed by a professional or can I do it myself ? It must be fitted by a qualified auto electrican / auto mechanic

26. Do I need to use a Bubbler / flashack arrestor ? The Answer is yes – so as to prevent flashback or backfire from the engine accidently reaching the Hydrogen system bottle and destroying it. A bubbler MUST BE FITTED to all hydrogen generator systems from our company. (bubbler)
27 What is special about the Gen 25 System? The Gen 25 Hydrogen System is the latest and largest of the Hydrogen systems designed for very larges engines or engines with very large loading. This system Based on the excellent Gen20 system is three times the electrode area of a Gen 20 system and handles very high currents operating at low temperatures . This system can easily be arranged in parallel with other Gen 25 systems for engines of very large capacity. This system is mounted into a lockable special steel or aluminum enclosure box.
28. Can hydrogen system be used on non efi ( non electronic Fuel injection engine. My Hydrogen fuel system can be easily added to a non electronic Fuel injection engine , by adding the hydrogen gas input into the top of the air filter assembly. Full instructions are shown on the installation Instructions document on this webpage.
29. Where can I find information about the installation of There Hydrogen systems on my vehicle? Installation instructions can be found on my webpage under the heading HHO Manual on the top right of the webpage. These instructions are the same for all different Models of hydrogen systems. The only variation is the size of the manual reset circuit breaker and size of the Solenoid relay for different size systems.
30. Do these Systems need to be installed by a qualified auto electrician or Mechanic? Yes for warranty the systems need to be installed by a qualified auto electrician or Mechanic
