Gen 15 Hydrogen fuel system. High power Gen 15 Hydrogen Kit as used on work vehicles and generators up to 10 liter capacity using the standard 2500 Watt power supply.
larger engines up to 12 liter capacity are easily Powered using Higher power output PWM electrical units
- 3 liter water container. System uses 1 liter every 13 hours operating at 30 amp.
- consumption at 1 liter each 15 Hours operating at 25 amp
- Engines to 8 liter capacity use this system at 29 amp and 12 volt.
System are operated at 12 volt. 24 volt vehicles use a voltage inverter to reduce the input voltage to 12 volts.
The PWM power supply and pumping system used is rated at a maximum of24Volt. Lass current is required operating at 24 volt.

Larger vehicles and small trucks can arrange to use a larger stainless steel electrolyte tanks for greater distance between refills. Specialist Potassium Hydroxide electrolyte is used to increase the gas production rate without heating.
System Update (october 27 2023)
Gen 15 Hydrogen fuel system can now be provided , mounted into a Dewalt ToughBox (High density Polyethylene) as shown in the attached Photo.
A very tough hardworking box ideal for trucking, farming, mining, marine and heavy duty work applications. The HDPE material is able to handle rough work conditions as well as been easy to move around to new site applications with handle on top lid and handles on the sides.
HDPE material is ideal to exposed operating conditions which are subject to extremes of heat. Box is well laid out to make servicing very easy and easy to adjust the electrical current output as well as easy to fill with fresh water. HDPE is Rust proof.
System weight is 18 kg, the same as the steel enclosure but very tough and very protective of the hydrogen generator contents.
Hydraulic fittings on these systems are now Nickle coated Brass fittings , (as shown) replacing the previous HDPE plastic Legris fittings. These fittings and cell are tested to 30 + Psi and a perfect seal.
This model cell has been used to produce 7.2 Liters per minute at 13.2 volt. More than enough for a very large diesel engine / truck / genset / marine application
Price is slightly more and size is 10 cm longer than the standard steel enclosure box..
