The Gen 25 Hydrogen fuel system

The Gen 25 Hydrogen fuel system has the same design as the Gen 20 Hydrogen system shown here but is 250% larger and 250% greater Electrode surface area than the Gen 20 unit.  The Gen 20 Unit has typically be used on large trucking systems with capacity of 16 litre .  Coogee Chemicals is an Australian Trucking company hauling 2 fully loaded Fuel and Chemical trailers and uising two Gen 20 systems to deliver awesome savings .- see testimonials on this site.

The Gen 25 System is a higher / greater Hydrogen gas Producer that  has been shown to produce 32% savings on trucks by our international clients.

Gen 25 Hydrogen fuel system is available mounted into a Sealed Lockable Dewalt ToughBox2 enclosure,  a welded Steel box, an aluminum box, or a Stainless steel enclosure box,   for use  in Work vehicles, Trucks ,  Marine , Mining, Farming  applications.

Hydraulic fittings on these systems are now Nickle coated Brass fittings , (as shown)  replacing the previous HDPE plastic Legris fittings.  These fittings and cell are tested to 30 + Psi  and a perfect seal.   This model cell has been used to produce 7.2 Litres per minute at 13.2 volt.   More than enough for a very large diesel engine  / truck / genset / marine application

Ideal for engines greater than 10 litre capacity and can be connected in series for larger engines greater than 20 litre applcations. –  call gavan +61 403177183 fo learn more .

System reduces emissions and increases fuel savings by using hydrogen gas to significantly increase the flame speed of the fuel and making a smaller charge of fuel burn more completely closer to the top of the power stroke delivering the required power with less required fuel with less throttle, less fuel used  and less emissions..

The Gen 25 Hydrogen generator cell measures 24 cm x 24cm x 25 cm  and has a mass of  13 KG.
