3000 Watt P.W.M. power supply in parts for assembly

A 3000 Watt P.W.M power supply in parts for assembly.  This is the pulse width modulator system which can be used to Power the Gen 10, Gen 15 , Gen 20 and Gen 25 Hydrogen fuel system.  Details and step by step instructions are shown on the website and are provided to purchasers of the these units to be personally installed.  Assembly time is between 2 and 3 hours depending upon your skill level to build this unit .  The completed unit mounted on the Gen 20 Hydrogen fuel system is shown in pictures below

This P.W.M. power supply is designed to run at 12 volts or 24 volts – or voltages 0 – 24 volt and an output current of 50 amp maximum.

This assembly is available as a

1.    prebuilt system – as shown in the completed Gen 20 system ,  and build by our talented technicians , or 
2.  “Do it yourself” assembly following the details published in the https://hydrogenfuelsystems.com.au website  unter the Tab of “HHO Kits” at the top of the webpage.

The Prebuilt kit is more expensive than the “Do it yourself” assembly simply for the labour in assembly.

Parts

1.  4 mm wires for ammeter connection
2.  6 mm cables for power Out connection from Power supply to the hydrogen cell (red wire direct from Power supply out) (Black wire from the positive side of the shunt resistor)
3.  6 mm NEGATIVE cables for power OUT connection from P.W.M. power unit  TO negative side of shunt resistor (7)
4. 50 amp clips to connect to the Power IN positive and negative  and to the POWER OUT  positive and negative  of the P.W.M. system
5.  Solder in Connectors of the Anderson Plug (shown above connectors.
6.  3000 watt 1  12Volt /24Volt P.W.M. Pulse width modulator unit.
7.  50 amp 12 volt shunt resistor – 4 connections  for Mains Power negative wires and two wires from ammeter.
8.  Two stainless steel 4 mm / 25 mm bolts and nuts for secure shunt resistor (7) to alloy Power supply case (9)
9. alloy Power supply case (9) 225 mm x 125 mm x 12.5 mm
10.  Nylon supports for mount P.W.M. Pulse width modulator unit into base of alloy box
11. Two  4mm cables to connect shunt resistor to ammeter , mounted into lid of alloy box.
12.  Four stainless steel 4 mm / 25 mm bolts and nuts to secure base of alloy box to lid of  hydrogen system as shown below in Gen 20 assembly
13.  40 amp ammeter to be mounted into alloy box lid (9) and connected to the positive and negative sides of the Shunt resistor (7)
14.  Stainless steel 4mm ,  flat and spring washers used to secure ammeter into alloy box lid  and used to secure red and black wires from the shunt resistor to the ammeter.
