This post specifies the use of electronic fuel enhancer module for vehicles using Narrow band oxygen sensors –   generally pre 2005 for most vehicle manufacturers

The Narrow band oxygen sensor enhancer module alters the sensor reading signals which are fed to the vehicle ECU and make the engine run leaner which is ideal for vehicles that are fed with effective / Real Hydrogen generator systems.
